I ordered an LED surface mounted light unit for the inside of a drinks cabinet. It was delivered quickly and was well packed.. The Problem - although the invoice showed the correct item ordered and I was charged the correct price for that item, the one delivered was a recessed LED light unit at £2.00 less. Now I await to see how the company responds to my request for the correct item, and how quickly ……….. not a good start!
SUPPLEMENT - Lightsupplier were very quick in responding to my problem. The item supplied was OK it was just that the order was incomplete and was missing the outer cover to make it into the surface-mounted item I ordered. I had the missing item by return. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you John for your service in correcting this minor problem.
