I am very happy with my Lignosus tiger milk mushroom. I have been using it for nearly a year and I find , for one thing my immunity against winter illness seems to be better, and if I do get a cold, it is not as bad as usual and shorter duration with less coughing and also shorter duration of the cough. So I am very pleased, my cough used to go on and on before using Lignosus.
