I am very happy with my Lignosus tiger milk mushroom. I have been using it for nearly a year and I find , for one thing my immunity against winter illness seems to be better, and if I do get a cold, it is not as bad as usual and shorter duration with less coughing and also shorter duration of the cough. So I am very pleased, my cough used to go on and on before using Lignosus.
I have COPD I spent more time in and out of hospital. I couldn't do anything without gasping for air. I saw Lignosus and read the reviews but I still wasn't sure. My health was not getting any better so I clicked on to the link and made my order. I received it a week later but still was not sure as I was on alot of medication. I asked my specialist to check it for me. She came back with a good response. I don't like mushrooms and was worried that if I put into a glass of water an didn't like then that would of been the end lol. I just put it into my mouth and let it resolve. It taste quiet nice a deep berries.i noticed within the 3rd week I didn't cough as much and I seem to be bright with more energy. My sister in Oz has also got COPD she had a procedure having lunge valves put in but was taken back out as it didn't work. I bought and sent her a box of Lignosus to try. She keeps me up to date. I'm about to buy my 3rd box and will buy her another one also. She has only been taking a week and said she has noticed a difference in her breathing. Now my goal is to try get myself off the oxygen. This is an amazing product. I was coughing for 4 months and saw several doctors and TCM and spent hundreds of dollars but the cough just persisted. I saw Lignosus ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I took 2 packs a day and by the second day, I started feeling more relieved and it is only day 4 and the cough is already gone like magic. I am not related to the company or paid to write this but I am really thankful for this product and for curing my cough.
It has really helped with reducing the mucus & sinus congestion I had. I have many allergies including food allergies. But so far I do not feel like I'm allergic to anything in your product.I'm thankful you let me know about what looked like your product that I got from Amazon. The package looked very suspicious. Thankfully Amazon gave me a refund.
Lignosus have been wonderful for me and my Family.I have been a smoker for the last 20+ years, after 1 month of Lignosus, the lungs feel clear, the old phlegm get cleared out of my throat. I'm now more than 9 months into Lignosus.I have started my family on Lignosus and it has worked well for them similarly. The old folks throaty coughs reduced, the young ones chesty throat clearing also reduced.Unexpectedly, it actually let me sing Karaoke much better now, especially higher pitches where my throat used to feel ticklish, now is effortless.
It’s more than a year I am using it and my allergies are gone , specially the spring ones with asthmatic breathing!! My lungs are basically new , I also see a huge benefit in my BJJ and boxing activities. I recommend this product to my father as well ( smoker) and he also love it .
