Relieves asthma symptoms
I have found Lignosus very helpful when I feel stuffy or like a cough is coming on. Also, when I'm a bit sniffy and have that nasty trickle in the throat, I find it helps that too. I’m also asthmatic so it relieves my asthma symptoms.
