I have COPD I spent more time in and out of hospital. I couldn't do anything without gasping for air. I saw Lignosus and read the reviews but I still wasn't sure. My health was not getting any better so I clicked on to the link and made my order. I received it a week later but still was not sure as I was on alot of medication. I don't like mushrooms and was worried that if I put into a glass of water an didn't like then that would of been the end lol. I just put it into my mouth and let it resolve.
