I have been taking Lignosus for a year now and it truly works. Last year my breathing output was at 50% and I just had a lung function test at the beginning of March and my output went up to 80%. My pulmonologist was blown away as was I. I told him what I have been using and he told me to keep using it. I truly believe in this product. My breathing is so much better and I don't get short of breath anymore. I highly recommend this product.
