Terrible experience. I strongly advise people to avoid buying from this website.
I placed an order on December 12 and paid $28 for express shipping, expecting to receive my items quickly. Instead, the package only arrived in February, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for express delivery. The express shipping service that was paid for was clearly not respected.
When the dresses finally arrived, the situation was even worse. The quality is extremely poor, the fabric looks cheap, the finishing and stitching are very bad, and the sizes do not correspond to what was ordered. On top of that, the dresses look nothing like the photos shown on the website. The pictures online are clearly misleading compared to what was actually delivered.
Customer service has also been very disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they keep sending generic responses, asking for photos and additional steps, and delaying the process instead of simply accepting the return and issuing a refund for items that are clearly not as described.
For reference, the two dresses I received cost $150 in total, and I am now forced to go through a complicated process just to return items that should never have been sent in this condition.
Another concerning point is the reviews. When reading the feedback online, it appears that many negative reviews describe very similar experiences (delayed shipping, poor quality items, refund difficulties). At the same time, many of the 5-star reviews seem questionable and do not look like genuine customer experiences, which makes the rating difficult to trust.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and it is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I regret purchasing from this company and I would strongly recommend that others avoid this website.
