I booked a repair through SamsungRepair.com (run by Likewize) for two straightforward issues on my phone: battery and headphone-jack replacement. I paid £248 upfront, including a £59 call-out fee.The technician arrived more than an hour late and then refused to carry out any of the repairs I had already paid for unless I agreed to buy an extra repair I never requested. I made it clear I wanted to proceed with the original work only and fully accepted any risks but he still refused to do the job.When I contacted customer service the next day, I was told they would not refund the call-out fee, even though no repair was performed and the refusal was entirely their decision.As of posting this review, they have kept the full £248 despite doing no work whatsoever.This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using this service.
