What started off to be a nightmare experience when my son broke his I phone screen, I called likewise and they booked an appointment for a specialist to come out and fix the screen which could not be done as my sons phone was running on a beta software.I contacted likewise to be told it would be another 10 days for another appointment as my son’s phones screen could barely be seen due to damage spreading.I was unhappy having to wait so I called again and spoke to a brilliant guy called Olly who put my mind completely at rest and helped resolve the situation immediately he was so helpful and is a credit to your company.
