I can only give one star as I wish I could give none! I could complain extensively, but I'll keep it brief. Avoid this insurance service if you plan to claim for a stolen phone. I submitted all required documents via their app, but two were rejected without explanation. After waiting an hour on the call, I had to request a callback, and the agent was quite rude.
