Extremely poor and delayed communication. I submitted my trade quote on December 24, 2025. It took them a long time to send the kit, and after preparing the phone and sending it, they acted as if they hadn’t received the device, which had been delivered for several days. They finally accepted the quoted amount on January 12, but since then, there has been complete silence, making it seem like they are trying to keep the phone without payment. It's a very questionable operation they are running. AVOID USING THEIR SERVICE.
