The man who was sent for my repair was lovely, able to make it for my repair earlier than planned, was nice and everything.
The problem though isn't with him, but the fact that repair couldn't be completed apparently because a certain screw couldn't be removed without damage. I'd be fine with this so long as I recieved a full refund, but I did not receive a full refund. Just know if anything goes wrong, even if it's not your fault, they won't refund everything to you.
