Likewize only cover repairs to Apple or Samsung so if you pay for a service that offers repairs (Like the Natwest policy I have) then if you don't have one of these then you're being misled. The advisor I spoke with simply told me that repair was currently unavailable and it was only when speaking with an supervisor that they admitted they don't repair Pixel phones. Mine is 8 weeks old with a cracked screen. I want a repair under the advertised insurance but my only option is £100 for a refurb. Highly misleading from Natwest and very poor script from Likewize.
