Ordered something mid-January and I ended up cancelling the order by the beginning of March after endless efforts to get some feedback on my order.

I have ordered many times with them, paid lot of money for fast delivery but they don’t deliver it when they sayI have now paid again £10 for a product that supposed arrive by today and still didn’t receive it Don’t order from them!
Worst delivery system I ever met! I ordered on 28 January 2 products, one delivered from Greece and one from a local pharmacy, everything paid in advance, online. On February 10, I noticed in the app a notification for a suplementary pay. Since the order was already late, I contacted Liki24 in the app to ask why and how I could pay the supplementary fee. They only replied to the second question: pay on delivery at Easybox. The next day, February 11, I received the notification that my order had arrived. I paid and got it from the Easybox, just to see that my local product was bought the day before (they did nothing until I inquired about my order), and the price of acquisition was higher, hence the supplementary pay. I must say that the product is now on sale in every pharmacy, 30% off, but they managed to buy it even at a higher price than it was two weeks ago, when I placed the order! I tried to send it back, but their policy does not allow it unless there was a wrong delivery or a damaged product. Also, if you want to cancel your order, they do not give you your money back! So, here is a big NO to Liki24 !!!
I placed an order. It was late in arriving. Then it was delivered to the wrong address and given to the wrong person. Liki 24 said they would get in touch with the delivery company but I am unlikely to get my goods or the money back. They have been most unhelpful
This appears to be a scam. I have paid for goods weeks ago and nothing has been shipped. Contacted them multiple times and just keep being told there is a delay. Asked for a refund and told to contact them again in 8 days. Tried to do that again and no response from them. Do not use!!
