The sellers of this product are complete scammers. The advertisement claimed these were invented locally, but I was charged in US dollars instead of Australian dollars. I was also dishonestly charged for an 'extended warranty' that wasn’t offered as an option. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund shortly after placing it, but was met with dishonesty and confusion. I wish I had checked reviews before engaging with this company. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, and after raising the issue with them, I quickly received confirmation of a full refund and cancellation of my order.
