Do not buy!! Warning! Product is not as advertised. Don't be fooled by the advertisement. I tried to return and they wanted them unopened and for me to pay for postage. Absolute scam. Nothing like an aircon. Does not make a difference to room temp as advertised.

This is a scam that charges five times more than what you thought your order was worth. Within minutes of payment, they confirm that the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled. No amount of arguing changes the situation. My advice: avoid this seller. You'll regret it otherwise.

I ordered it online on 18 Oct 2025 and agree with previous reviews. They charged AU $119 instead of AU $78 as invoiced. I questioned their support about the extra $42 charged, but received no response, so I asked my bank for a refund. My bank is handling it.
The sellers of this product are complete scammers. The advertisement claimed these were invented locally, but I was charged in US dollars instead of Australian dollars. I was also dishonestly charged for an 'extended warranty' that wasn’t offered as an option. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund shortly after placing it, but was met with dishonesty and confusion. I wish I had checked reviews before engaging with this company. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, and after raising the issue with them, I quickly received confirmation of a full refund and cancellation of my order.
