Products were manufactured and shipped from overseas, and the item did not match the description; it was significantly smaller than expected. I received multiple apologies, but they were of no help! I was offered a 10% refund on a £60 purchase, later increased to 30%. I chose to return the item internationally, which cost me £30, only for it to be stuck in customs since early November. After investigating, I discovered customs was awaiting payment from the company. After sharing screenshots with the support team, I finally received a full refund. This entire process has been ongoing since early October.
