I rate this company with 2 stars because I believe their website is intentionally misleading, claiming to be a local family business while only revealing the overseas return address when customers seek full refunds. They claim to care about carbon footprints but make return costs exceed the original item price! Their initial offer to let me keep the item with a 10% refund was firmly rejected. After several email exchanges, I was eventually offered a replacement jacket at no extra cost without needing to return the original, which was too small. I awarded the second star for sending me another item, which might be acceptable in the summer, but it certainly doesn't meet the description of a 'waterproof jacket.' I didn't expect it to arrive, so there's that. If you feel misled, persist in seeking resolution. I also noticed their website claims a Trustpilot score of 4.5/5, while in reality, it’s below 2!
