The items were produced and shipped from overseas, and they did not match the description at all; they were far too small. I received multiple apologies, but that didn't help! I was offered refunds of 10% and then 30% off a purchase of £60. Ultimately, I chose to return the item to the overseas location, which cost me £30, only for it to get stuck at customs since early November. It's still there. After investigating, I discovered that customs was waiting for payment from the company, so I sent screenshots to the support team and finally received a full refund. This has been an issue since early October.
