I waited almost a month for a response regarding my watch. Additionally, the online customer support is inadequate. They take a week to reply, and if you follow up due to the lack of communication, they send an automated response discouraging further inquiries. I feel like I'm pleading for them to resolve my issue, and it's agonizing. I sent my watch for repairs, and after a month, it was returned still not working, leading to further disappointment. The most frustrating part is their lack of urgency in addressing a customer's pressing concerns. I still haven't received a response to my latest request for a refund. I feel cheated for purchasing a product that doesn't function and being misled about a repair that changed nothing. I've provided evidence and videos of the issue, yet there has been no resolution. It’s clear to me that I've been taken advantage of with a supposedly high-quality product that turned out to be defective.
