OH dear, here we go again, my first watch stopped working, sent back for repair, received an email months later saying watch broken during repair porcess no spare parts picked out the classic as replacement in June 2024. Now this watch is"KAPUT", as they say in Germany. Order number 2024-337986 can't even access the return portal, what to do..... PS, the watch keeps perfect time when it's lying flat on the table, but when I put it on my wrist, it starts losing time "BIG TIME" my mistake order number 2024-3337986

Bought a Huxley blue as a present for my son during Black Friday. Beautiful watch. Stopped working within the month; told they couldn’t replace because no stock left. Choose another as replacement. Ghosted for 2 months but still received promotions. Given a free post code to return original watch. Not optimistic about getting money back :-)

I placed an order at the beginning of December which was a gift for Christmas. I received no updates on the order so chased customer services before Christmas and was told my order was delayed with no estimate for when my order would be shipped. Having not been able to obtain a contact number I chased again via email early January. I was eventually advised my order could not be fulfilled and was cancelled, no refund was received. I have requested an alternative watch as this is an outstanding gift and have been told again that my order has been cancelled, having still not received my refund. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service support especially having to wait until emails are responded to and am still getting nowhere with a replacement order or refund. I would not recommend purchasing a watch from this company.

A Terrible Experience with the Service

I had a very disappointing experience with the service, which ruined a gift for my fiancé and they did not take responsibility. It's frustrating that they even managed to have my review removed by contacting a review platform. I had to provide evidence to get my review reinstated. An order that was supposed to arrive within days ended up not arriving even after two months.

I had high hopes for this watch brand, but my experience has been very disappointing. The watch I received had a defect; it would stop working every few hours. I thought it was a battery issue and replaced them, but the problem persisted. I decided to use the warranty, which turned out to be a lengthy and frustrating process. I waited almost a month for a response regarding my watch. Additionally, the online customer support is inadequate. They take a week to reply, and if you follow up due to the lack of communication, they send an automated response discouraging further inquiries. I feel like I'm pleading for them to resolve my issue, and it's agonizing. I sent my watch for repairs, and after a month, it was returned still not working, leading to further disappointment. The most frustrating part is their lack of urgency in addressing a customer's pressing concerns. I still haven't received a response to my latest request for a refund. I feel cheated for purchasing a product that doesn't function and being misled about a repair that changed nothing. I've provided evidence and videos of the issue, yet there has been no resolution. It’s clear to me that I've been taken advantage of with a supposedly high-quality product that turned out to be defective.

Received only the strap, no watch!

I paid for my order but only received the strap, not the watch! I tried to reach out for help, but communication was poor, and I felt abandoned without answers. Update: After a helpful response from a representative, I finally received my watch. However, I still believe improvements are needed; for example, sending the strap and watch in separate packages was confusing, and I only received tracking information for the strap. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Avoid, poor quality and no support

Avoid this brand! I received a watch as a gift three months ago, and after setting the time and date just a few times, the crown became bent and unusable. I contacted customer service, but their automated reply only directed me to a malfunctioning return request page. I attempted to follow up via email with proof of the issue, but received no response. I feel ghosted. It’s hard to believe this is a reputable company. Overall, the quality is poor, and the after-sale service is nonexistent.

Disappointing experience with two watches

I had two of their watches, and both had to be returned due to battery issues and other problems. Customer service was terrible; I had to chase them for updates on repairs. Now both watches have stopped working, and I’m discarding them rather than going through the hassle of returns. Style over substance seems to be the motto here. I would recommend avoiding this brand!
