Our experience with Lilly and Lula was horrible. We had saved up for our house interiors before Christmas and spent €500 of our €1000 budget on what we thought were beautiful wall lights and quality candle holders.Everything arrived directly from China and took a very long time to reach us, which wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase. When the items finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. Everything felt cheap and flimsy, nothing like the images or the price suggested.The packaging was also very disappointing — each item was wrapped in thin, plastic, sweet-like packets, which made the whole experience feel even more low-end and wasteful.Overall, this was a huge let-down. For the price we paid, we expected well-made products and transparent sourcing. Instead, we were left deeply disappointed and wishing we had spent our money elsewhere.We are in the process of trying to returnUPDATE:We won our dispute thanks to Revolut. We got a full refund of the amount back into our accounts. We were so angry and deflated as the emails back and forth with Lilly and lula were taking a lot of time and energy as they would not back down. I would recommend anybody who was also ripped off by this cheap drop shipping company to request a chargeback through revolut or visa. It worked for us thankfully. We are now going to buy lights from a reputable supplier.
