Disappointing experience. I ordered what were advertised as 'Superior Quality' glasses, but after a two-month wait, I received generic glassware manufactured in China. These exact glasses are available on AliExpress for $16. The marketing is highly misleading—save your money and look elsewhere.

The website does not represent the goods. We ordered a rug (absolutely tiny, crazy expensive, smelt of awful chemicals) a hanging den and a teepee. All arrived in packaging from a Chinese factory, wrapped in that tatty plastic that is familiar if you buy from Temu or Shein but most importantly was all total junk. Just absolute terrible quality, nothing was even close to functioning, just total rubbish. I've learnt my lesson, all in the bin. Didn't bother getting a refund, avoid this 'company'. I note that all this companies 5* reviews are from people with only 1 review. WE ARE NOT STUPID.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, Lilly and Lula seemed totally legit on their website and social media, where home creators with large followings have collaborated with them. It had been 6 days since ordering and I’d heard nothing from Yodel, I check up today on tracking and see it will be coming from Ali Express. I paid £40 for napkins and I do not expect to be getting a product from a cheap company otherwise I would have paid less and ordered direct. Essentially they are posing as a small UK based business with high quality items, when they are actually just drop shipping from Ali Express. I paid via PayPal in 3, so I was able to raise a claim for a full refund with them luckily. AVOID
The products we ordered resembled nothing like what the shiny website resembled. They all came in packaging straight from a Chinese factory and the quality was absolutely bottom barrel. If it had all come in a Christmas cracker it would have been fair enough, honestly it all ended up in the bin. I feel completely cheated by this company.
Five Stars for customer service! Quick answer, to the point and great service! I had to return my item as it didn’t work in the intended space. I reached out to customer service who provided a response straight away and approved my request. Super straightforward process - they privide a prepaid return label via email and collection can be arranged if neccessary. Wish it was this easy to return items generally!
