I have ordered recently two wine glasses - they were a bit pricely but I decided to buy them anyway as the website says they were handmade. The first surprise happened a few days after when I got the notification from Ervi that they were waiting for my parcel from Ali Express. I sent the email to the company and asked for explanation, the lady from customer service replied that it has to be a glitch on Ervi website. What a surprise again when my items were delivered - two stickers that clearly says Ali Express and Made in China...I think that misleading customers it's not the best approach.
