Sent the wig back due to the lace having a hole inside it and there being no adjustable strap inside as promised. Have proof of delivery but I haven’t been refunded and they’re not responding to any emails, messages or phone calls. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and I will be taking this further. Quick enough to take your money but won’t refund you when there’s an issue and just ignore you. Trading standards will be getting involved if I don’t get a refund asap!!
