I visited a local salon this morning for a paid consultation and unfortunately left feeling quite let down. Despite messaging beforehand, paying £30, booking online, and confirming my appointment, it seemed they were unaware of my visit when I arrived. For £30, I anticipated a thorough and informative consultation. I had clearly stated that I was unsure about the type of wig I needed and was promised assistance. However, the staff member who helped me didn't seem knowledgeable enough to advise on the best options regarding color, length, or style. There were no color samples or proper matching guidance, leaving me even less confident about ordering a wig or U-part from them than when I arrived. First impressions are important. While the salon appears lovely online, in reality, the stairs were littered with hair, the space looked disorganized, wires were hanging from the ceiling, construction was happening upstairs, and the shop itself was quite cold. One reason I chose this place was their claim that they could create smaller wig caps. When I expressed concerns about the cap feeling uneven and insecure, I was simply told, "you can’t see it," which wasn’t very reassuring. For a £30 consultation, I genuinely expected much more. It felt hurried and lacked the expertise and guidance I was hoping for. I did end up buying a ponytail as the quality appeared nice, but this is something I could have easily ordered online without needing to visit in person. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations — be cautious, as not everything is as it seems on social media.

The shop's appearance was also disappointing; while it looked lovely online, the actual space was messy, with hair on the stairs and wires hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, it was quite cold inside. I booked my appointment because their website claimed they could customize wig caps, but when I mentioned my concerns about the fit, I was told, “you can’t see it,” which was not reassuring. Overall, for the price of the consultation, I expected much more expertise and guidance. I visited a local salon before starting chemotherapy and was warmly welcomed by a staff member who was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the process of selecting the perfect wig. I found exactly what I wanted, and they customized it to my specifications. Once it was ready, it was fitted and styled just as I envisioned. The team, especially my main contact, was knowledgeable and supportive throughout. The final product exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a wig.
I cannot recommend this salon enough! The quality of the wigs is exceptional; you truly can't tell you're wearing one. After a mix-up with my initial order, the team resolved it quickly and had a replacement sent out in just a few days. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
This is my third wig from this salon, and the quality is outstanding. The wigs are made from natural human hair and are easy to style. I recommend them to everyone, and the staff is very helpful in choosing the right wig. I will definitely return for my next one. Thank you!
I placed my order and was promised a quick dispatch, but after multiple emails with no response, I learned my wig was out of stock. The tracking showed my wig wasn’t ready for pickup, and attempts to contact them via live chat were ignored. Please avoid this company; they made an already stressful situation worse. I’m now pursuing a resolution through a payment service because they refuse to communicate.
