I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. My wig was delivered three weeks late and I had to constantly chase them up. I later found out the reason for the delay was because they hadn’t paid enough postage and Royal Mail wouldn’t release my package until I’d paid the outstanding fee! When I placed my order, it says on their website that delivery is free. I emailed Lillyshair to ask for a refund on the postage I’d paid. It’s been a week now and I still haven’t received a refund. Once they have your money, they don’t really care about after sales service!!!
