After being let down by my normal wig company after months and months of waiting I decided to try lillyshair.... I could not be more pleased with my experience, I explained my situation and that I was getting desperate for a new wig I ordered what I thought was the right colour and within 5 days it arrives, the wig looked great but unfortunately the colour just was not what I wanted, so I emailed straight to her, she was extremely helpful and we organise a call so we go the colour right, after a video call the same day she know exactly what I needed, it arrived only days later. To say I'm happy to is an understatement, lilly was amazing so supportive on was was becoming a very stressful situation for me and the wig is beautiful. As any one out there knows wigs are not just a pair of shoes they allow us to leave the house with confidence we deserve. I can only thank lillyshair for this.
