I bought the watch for my son months ago, hoping to stay connected. Initially, I faced connectivity issues, and when I contacted the support team, a representative named Adam assisted me. Despite our efforts, we couldn't resolve the problem, but Adam offered to replace the watch and even covered part of the shipping. He allowed me to keep the faulty watch until the new one arrived, which I appreciated. The replacement has been functioning well, and Adam's service has been exceptional. If I had to critique, the watch feels a bit bulky for younger users. Overall, I would recommend this company.
