Months ago, I bought a watch for my son to help us stay connected. Initially, I faced connectivity issues and reached out to the support team. A representative named Adam was very helpful, but we couldn't resolve the problems. Adam kindly offered to replace the watch and even covered part of the return shipping. To ensure I wasn't without a device, he allowed me to keep the faulty one until the new one arrived, which I found very considerate. The replacement has been working much better, and Adam's service has been exceptional. If I had to mention a downside, the watch feels a bit bulky for younger children. Overall, the performance has been quite satisfactory. Thank you again, Adam, for your help and guidance throughout the setup process. I truly appreciate your time and patience. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my son who has special needs, hoping to track him. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to connect to the network or provide tracking. A representative named Jonathan was helpful, but after multiple attempts, the issue remained unresolved. I decided to return it but faced difficulties with shipping. When seeking return instructions, I was informed it was no longer returnable due to the time elapsed. I’m very frustrated that I can't return a product that didn't work.
The watchband arrived defective with bent pins and a non-functional lock. They expect me to pay for the return and the replacement, which would ultimately cost me significantly more than the original price. Terrible customer service! Don't waste your money on this company!

All three of my children have used this watch, and I highly recommend it. It allows them to explore the neighborhood while ensuring we can contact them if necessary. It also helps them return home before dark. The customer service has also been excellent!
I'm located in the UK, and the watch's location feature doesn't function outside my home, providing inaccurate locations. I plan to return it once I save for the postage cost. Despite other devices working well, this one was meant for tracking. The seller has mentioned they can make it work indoors and have offered a return option, but I find it frustrating given the costs involved.
