Though it wasn't flawless, I did receive a defective item. With photos and an email, I was able to get a replacement sent without any issues. The lamp, though not large, is really cool. I will mention that the tracking was less than ideal. However, working in online retail, this service uses a carrier that many websites rely on. They just present the tracking differently. If there are issues with the replacement, I'll update. For now, the product is great and I’m pleased with how easy it was to get a replacement.
