Lamp was damaged when delivered, I emailed wanting to see what the response would be, and was overjoyed, to receive a reply the next day, with requests for photo’s of the damage. Sent them and the next day, was told a replacement was on the way. OUTSTANDING. The replacement arrived in perfect condition.
My wife ordered a decorative owl as a holiday gift, expecting a beautiful glass piece. Instead, we received a cheap plastic 'ornament' that looked nothing like the picture. When we asked about returning it, we were told we could ship it overseas at our own cost, even though it was sent from a local address. They offered a small credit if we kept the item, which we managed to negotiate slightly higher due to shipping costs and misrepresentation. However, they refused to cover return shipping. In short: We will NEVER shop from this seller again! It was a terrible experience!
I am very satisfied with the customer service from the company. I ordered a cheese board that arrived with a broken piece. It could have been easily fixed, but when I reached out, they quickly offered a replacement, which arrived promptly and intact.
Though it wasn't flawless, I did receive a defective item. With photos and an email, I was able to get a replacement sent without any issues. The lamp, though not large, is really cool. I will mention that the tracking was less than ideal. However, working in online retail, this service uses a carrier that many websites rely on. They just present the tracking differently. If there are issues with the replacement, I'll update. For now, the product is great and I’m pleased with how easy it was to get a replacement.
Subpar site similar to others. Ships from overseas, takes forever, and when it finally arrived, the quality was awful. The items felt like cheap toys. They offer a 30-day return policy, but you have to pay return shipping to a foreign location, which costs more than the product itself. I tried to leave reviews to warn others, but they seem to hide them.
Regrettable decision to not check reviews as I usually do before purchasing. I dislike when companies claim to be based in the US, but according to some reviews, products are shipped from overseas. There should be stricter regulations on this. COMPANIES SHOULD DISCLOSE IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS!
