My wife ordered a decorative owl as a holiday gift, expecting a beautiful glass piece. Instead, we received a cheap plastic 'ornament' that looked nothing like the picture. When we asked about returning it, we were told we could ship it overseas at our own cost, even though it was sent from a local address. They offered a small credit if we kept the item, which we managed to negotiate slightly higher due to shipping costs and misrepresentation. However, they refused to cover return shipping. In short: We will NEVER shop from this seller again! It was a terrible experience!
