My order was extremely delayed with a lack of correct shipping or tracking information. I purchased golden pineapples for an event, so there was a deadline. Surprisingly, they did arrive today out of the blue, and the event is tomorrow. But in a panic, I have already bought them AGAIN from someone else, so I now have to return them to the other company. No returns here. The stuff comes direct from China. No customer service line and the email response is definitely not human. I will not buy from them again. They are offering $10 to write a review. Which I don't want.
