Just like many others here, duped by their online Wyoming address, 100% guaranteed satisfaction and return policy. Crappy octopus charcuterie board arrived, nothing like the photographs, horrible wood stain, and much smaller than advertised. My attempts to return it were met with a 30% credit, or ship to China for 100%, which will cost more than what I spent. This is cheap China crap and I wish I had checked here before I bought anything.
