I ordered a lamp from Lily and Eden and it arrived broken into three pieces. I contacted them and "Katrina" responded and asked for photographs, which I provided. She then wrote that they would send me a replacement, which they never did. When I wrote several times to inquire about the replacement or a refund I was met with silence. In my opinion, these people are disreputable and one should not do business with such businesses.
