I did not receive a receiot for my order. I was immediately charged. I called and emailed repeatedly asking for a receipt or order confirmation and received no response. After not receiving any reply or merchandise after 3 weeks I called my credit card company which concluded this was fraud and reversed the charge. The company fulfilled the order after a month but replied bt text to me only after noting the charge was reversed, indicating that it had no way to reach me?? The purported to be wool blend throws i ordered were made of extremely cheap acrylic or nylon- not a single natural fiber and nit anything anyone would want to touch. None of the solar lights I bought from them worked- the company has continued to refuse to offer me any means to return these defective goods for credit. Their products and business model is marking up cheap junk from China- and then not allowing the returns it advertises it offers- buyer beware. This is a bad actor and you will be ripped off.
