The company says it’s in Wyoming. The item shipped from Russia. The item is nothing as described. I bought the marriage takes three hearts and cross item. The cross isn’t even attached to the hearts. It’s made of some cheap material I can’t even describe. Completely different color than website picture too. It was a gift so very embarrassing. Very poor quality. Trying to get my 30-day return satisfaction guaranteed. They don’t pay return shipping and you have to ship it to China. Katrina in customer service is not helpful at all. This company is a scam. They are not in Wyoming either. So disappointed!! $50 lost and the gift is useless for the recipient.
