I ordered some solar lights from them at the end of June. They used a Chinese shipping company, whatever. Tracking eventually said item was at LAX customs. Kept checking, tracking never changed. I contacted the company, they said they contacted shipping and it should update soon. A week later no change. It's now been a month since I've ordered and still says in LAX customs. Is the product good? Who knows? At this point I'm starting to think I'll never know. Customer service was prompt at responding so that's a plus.
