Ordered the skull knife block after seeing an advert on Facebook. Unfortunately it arrived damaged (courier’s fault, not theirs), so I contacted them to let them know. Katrina responded immediately. Very apologetic and very keen to put things right. Long story short.. the replacement arrived this morning. At first my heart sank as the packaging was again damaged (maybe think about using different couriers?) but the item inside was in tact. I love it, and I hope the person for whom it’s a present will too! Great product, and fantastic customer service. Thank you!
