I previously enjoyed ordering from their Australian site, but since the move to the US, my orders from weeks ago are still unshipped. I've been waiting over four weeks for items that supposedly shipped, with no updates from the company. Customer service has been unsatisfactory, with emails going unanswered or filled with empty promises. I doubt my items were ever in stock, as they are now sold out. I ordered holiday wraps in October, and at this rate, I won’t receive them in time for the holidays.
