After not receiving an order I contacted Lily and Fox who explained all orders were shipped from the USA warehouse. This meant that if it was out of stock in the USA your order would not be shipped. Even though the wraps show as in stock and they will continue to allow you to purchase them and take your money, without being able to fulfil the order. And don't expect them to let you know they are out of stock when you place the order, you will happily wait 28 days or more for delivery and will only find when you contact customer service asking why they didn't arrive. The quality of the wraps also varies wildly. Some are unusable, dry, tear and crimble or dont stick. Other times the colours are completely different. I ordered a set which was purple and pink which I liked, so I ordered it again. The second set that arrived was blue and orange.
I've been a fan of these wraps for over 20 years, but the quality of customer service has really declined... I received an automated response that didn't address my concerns at all. I'm not sure what has changed, and it's quite disappointing.

I previously enjoyed ordering from their Australian site, but since the move to the US, my orders from weeks ago are still unshipped. This company used to be great, shipping from Australia with personal touches like notes and free items. Proceed with caution.
