After not receiving an order I contacted Lily and Fox who explained all orders were shipped from the USA warehouse. This meant that if it was out of stock in the USA your order would not be shipped. Even though the wraps show as in stock and they will continue to allow you to purchase them and take your money, without being able to fulfil the order. And don't expect them to let you know they are out of stock when you place the order, you will happily wait 28 days or more for delivery and will only find when you contact customer service asking why they didn't arrive. The quality of the wraps also varies wildly. Some are unusable, dry, tear and crimble or dont stick. Other times the colours are completely different. I ordered a set which was purple and pink which I liked, so I ordered it again. The second set that arrived was blue and orange.
