I ordered shoes in size 5.5 (EUR 35.5 or 36) but received a size 37 instead. Much too large. The customer service team assured me not to worry, they would send the correct size. However, the new shoes never arrived. After weeks of emails with promises, they informed me that a size 5.5 is actually their size 6, which corresponds to a 37, and they would offer a 20% refund if I was unhappy with the size, which they consider a personal preference! For returns, I would need to send it back to another country!
