My husband to be recently ordered a very gorgeous necklace bracelet and matching earrings set for our forthcoming wedding. I was over the moon with them and they came packaged beautifully. Unfortunately I think he just pressed order not noticing the length of the necklace or length of bracelet. So when they arrived they were both a little too short. I also didn’t notice this until after the returns 14 days window.However I emailed Lily &Roo a lovely person called Liv responded straight back and said it was absolutely no problem they are happy to exchange. It was no trouble and it was all done so quickly my new set soon arrived. Such excellent customer service and extremely efficient. Liv was very helpful and couldn’t do enough. Would highly recommend.
