What a fantastic company, after sales service is wonderful. My son and daughter in law bought me pearl earrings for my special birthday last October. Originally they bought me dropper pearls which were beautiful, however I didn’t suit them. My son contacted Lily and Roo who exchanged them for pearl studs without question at all. Unfortunately after a few times wearing them one of the pearls came away from the stick. I contacted the company via e mail and they rectified the issue straight away, Breanna was so very helpful and courteous, organising pre paid returns label. New earrings were delivered to me within 4 days of me e mailing them.
