Their delivery is super prompt and everything is nicely packaged.I did have an issue recently with a ring that arrived faulty, but their customer service was honestly brilliant. Liv couldn’t have been more helpful in getting a replacement out to me in time for Christmas, which I really appreciated.Overall, I’ve consistently had great experiences with them. Gorgeous jewellery, lovely service, and really good prices. Highly recommend - especially for gifting!
