My husband ordered me an engraved personalised solid 18k gold bracelet costing £500+. He was told the order would take 10 days or less, it actually took weeks, and when it did arrive they’d sent 9ct instead which was only noticeable if you knew to look at the tiny hallmarks. No paperwork was sent with the bracelet to say it was 18k gold so you wouldn’t actually know. The clasp was also different to what was pictured on the website. When this was raised to Lily & Roo, they apologised and said a new bracelet would be made, which took another 2 weeks and I had to go out of my way to return the 9ct one. When the new bracelet arrived, the engraving was not centred and the welding on the sides of the charm hadn’t even been polished, it still had a dark tone. By this point we just gave up. This isn’t high quality jewellery in my opinion, quality control clearly isn’t happening. Go to a local jeweller instead or look on Etsy.
