Great company. Ordered an 18th birthday present for my daughter, boxes auto filled with an old email address, pinged over a quick email to lily&roo and they sorted it super quick. The necklace unfortunately broke, there was a delay in me contacting them but they sorted out a repair, then I delayed in sending it back as daughter then couldn't find the necklace!
