I recieved a necklace from Lily and Roo over a year ago and it is such brilliant quality, i have worn it everyday since i received it and it looks the exact same as how it did when i got it. Unfortunately, my necklace snapped and it was entirely my fault as the chain is delicate and thin. I reached out to the customer service team at Lily and Roo and they were so helpful. They immediately apologised that the necklace has snapped and offered to send me out a replacement. The jewellery is so beautiful and amazing quality and I will definitely be buying there in future for myself and as gifts.
